Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, please allow up to 10 days for your product to ship. We currently make every product made to order. However, orders could ship sooner depending on how many orders received that day. The timeframe is due communication on getting your mattress measurements and pictures, creating the pattern, then producing the product. We deliver Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships you will be notified via email. We appreciate your business and are working diligently to fulfill your order to ship it out quickly. 

Note: Orders placed after 4pm EST, will be processed the next business day.
